Q1) Challenges


Challenges are an important aspect of life and have many benefits on our long-term self-development. In particular, challenges experienced during teenage years prepare a person for the adult world.


Write about the importance of consistently challenging yourself.



 

Q2) Playground improvement

Your local playground is getting dirty and worn out from usage over the past 30 years. The local council wants to improve the playground with better facilities.

Write a letter to the local council, suggesting some new additions to the playground and indicate some issues with the current facilities that need to be fixed.


 

Q3) Continue the story


The sky was blue, the spring breeze was not too hot or cold, just the right temperature. Sitting on the green grass with an old book spread open in my hands made my mind at peace. Occasionally, the wind would tickle my nose with the sweet scent of bright yellow daffodils. It was the best day ever until…

Q4) Underwater City


Imagine it's December 24th, 2185.


Write a diary entry from the perspective of someone your own age living in an underwater city.


In your diary entry, offer a glimpse into life underwater, including details about:

  • The unique modes of underwater transportation

  • The daily routines of the underwater community

  • Any other extraordinary aspects of living

‘R U OK’ Day is coming up and your teacher has appointed you to explore different potential sources of stress or negative emotions and brainstorm ways to cope with these issues.


Write a mental health guide for students, recommending methods of coping with stress and negative emotions.
